Furnish and install Kirby Building Systems PEMB, 2 sets steel stairs/railing, bollards, wall liner panels, stainless wall liner panels, misc beams/columns/lintels/steel for the new apprenticeship training & lab building. The new ALBAT building is 70x112x26 with primary and secondary PEMB steel, 36" steel wall siding with roll batt insulation, 24" SSR with roll batt insulation, 2 man doors frames with trim, 2 OH door frames with trim, 6 wall framed openings with trim, & Northern Gutter and Down Spouts.
