It starts at the top! We’ve all heard that, and it’s true. At Foundation Steel, our leaders lead by example, and it starts with the Owner and President. It’s my job to set each of our employees up for success. I am obligated to provide the right tools, resources, safety, and education necessary for my team to thrive and to know they are invaluable. I’m here to make a difference every day! We partner with our contractors to make our customers' projects a success; we want the owner to hire that contractor again, and we want to build their reputation while building ours.
I want our tradesmen to feel pride that they are working for a great company and that they are making a difference on the job site. Nobody lasts here if they cut corners in quality or safety. Our company health is much too important, and the families of those who rely on a paycheck week in and week out count on us to do more, to do better, and to hold us all to a high standard.
